Well I had a great experience with Eufy UK customer service. We had one camera that was not charging properly and was under guarantee. I spoke to customer services by phone, tried the various methods suggested by email comms to diagnose the fault, and then determined a replacement was required. We were a bit slow sending off the faulty camera (Christmas and Covid) and they then chased us several times to help resolve matters. 4 days after sending proof of posting, I got the replacement camera. One happy customer!

Can't contact customer service by phone
Camera went off line and I can't get it back up. I have been calling all week. The recording says call cannot be completed at this time. I wish I had read this before getting these cameras. I am going to try to reuurn them to Best Buy.

Eufy customer service is appalling and pathetic. They don't return back or email back to you despite promising you. Happened on 8 occasions.
Don't waste your money on their stupid products.

Eufy Robot Vaccum 1.5 yrs later
We’ve been using ‘Dolly’ our Eufy Robot Vacuum G30 Edge for a 1.5 years now & it still works perfectly. Like anything you need to maintain it & replace the filter, brush & spiny thing every so often, but other than that it’s been great at cleaning & saving us few hours a week. The dogs & cat don’t like it though. :-)

Robovac vacuum cleaner not brilliant
Purchased a robovac relatively easy to set it once you get connected to wi fi cleans quite well but have had it set up a week now and every morning I find it somewhere in the room
It is supposed to return to it charging dock when finished but I always find it stuck somewhere
It may be ok if you have a completely empty room but if you have furniture forget it we have just a coffee table and two couches and it still manages to get stuck definitely would not purchase again still thinking of returning it for refund as it does not do what it is supposed to only gave it one star as would not let me leave none

Worst customer service ever experienced.
Cancelled the product and did not receive the refund.
When I contacted them, they mentioned earlier agent forgot to log the refund. Then contacted again after 5 days, the 2nd agent informed that I will receive email in 24 hours. When I received nothing, I contacted the 3rd agent. She said that the refund will be within 5 working days. Contacting the 4th one today after noticing that no refund was received.

Very poor eufy technical support
I am really tired with eufy support. They have no technical support number. They provide anker number but also not reachable.
I bought robovoc robot on 10 November 2021from ankerdirectIn.
This device got technical issue on 24th oct 2022. I have contacted to eufy support and eufy support picked up the device for replacement on 27th oct 2022. Please find attached receipt of courier.
After few days eufy support told that we don't have new device for replacement so i need to buy the new product and eufy will issue 100% refund.
So i have ordered the new device with cash on delivery. Unfortunately device had a shipping issue so it didn't get delivered. So i niether get device nor paid for this order.
Now eufy support is telling that they have issued the refund. How eufy can issue the refund for the device which is not delivered?
If refund issued then they should provide me the proof of refund. But they tell me to contact Amazon.
I have contacted to the amazon. Amazon is telling that we did not receive any refund from supplier. Please see attached email from Amazon with confirmation that there is no refund from supplier.
Eufy support is only responding via email. So far i have written 64 emails to eufy. But not received my device or not refund.
Never buy any eufy product.
Don't purchased the eufy Security Mini
I purchased the "eufy Security - Indoor Cam Mini 2k HD Wi-Fi Pan & Tilt Security Cam - White" from best buy and the connectivity is so shotty. I have 3 of these cameras and 1-2 of them are always disconnected; not recording. At least 3 times per I'll notice the camera blinking red indicating that it's "Offline" and not recording. The recording quality & sound recording is good but it's not working half the time so it's pointless. This is a terrible security camera based on the fact it's recording literally half the time.. it's truly a 50/50 chance it's recording. Can't be my internet because normally 1or 2 cameras is still recording while the other 1or 2 are not .. it's very disappointing.
Easy install - not impressed with camera
Just bought the cam2 pro 2-1 kit as my Logitech cirkle 2 died on me. Video quality is Great during the day - not impressive at night where faces Are washed out. Easy to setup - takes no time. BUT sensitivity regarding recording events is horrible on a distance more than 4 meters. It does not register half the distance compared to my five year old circle 2 did. So if you need a kit that registers more than that I would look otherwise. It is also very slow in beginning recording, so people Can walk almost up to my front door before it records and give notifikation - evne with sensitivity on 8 which is the highest. I hope they Will do something about this in future SW updates

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Geofencing doesn’t work properly for the alarm nor does the motion detection zone on the door bell. Support staff unable to help.
Extremely disappointed with Eufy/Anker
Extremely disappointed with Eufy/Anker. I have 3 cameras, 1 solo cam, 1 doorbell, 2 solar panels around £800 invested in eufy and one of the cameras has got condensation inside the lens. I contacted support to replace or repair the unit but because its 3 weeks outside of the warranty they won’t do anything about it. I would avoid buying any of these cameras and go with a brand that will support you and last more than 12 months.
I don’t recommend these products, I will be selling them all and switching to another brand.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. The products are trash and the customer service is even worse. So rude, unhelpful and time consuming. I had to call 4 times, spent over an hour explaining myself, just to get a refund. These guys are very poorly trained, and need to take care of their customers.

After three years... still works as expected
We have the doorbell + 4 camera system tied to our WIFI. The remote app on Android works 100% of the time. The app is easy to use and allows us to view previous detections as well as real-time video of our remote home. The night light video is adequate up to about 80 feet, then it's too dim to identify anything. I was concerned that it would auto-restart and monitor since the power is interrupted frequently, but it always resumes when the AC power comes back. I really like this product and the easy installation. I never read the manual... to me that is the definition of a "smart" product.

RIP off company, rip off products, useless after sales
This company should be closed down for misrepresentation l. They sell this rubbish by stating that the batteries don’t need to be charged for a year that is totally false
The cameras last a year only if you operate them close to the base station
After the initial change when new the batteries will not recharge fully and last approx a month before they need recharging again they cameras constantly go off line
Useless really disappointed
